Ugnė joined the Lighthouse Europe team in February 2024.
She advocates for our clients in digital policies scoping a wide range of topics.
During her master studies in Sciences Po Paris she focused on matters related to emerging risks such as digitisation and resilience of critical infrastructure or advancement of technology-driven terrorism.
Additionally, she gained theoretical and technical knowledge in AI covering areas such as data-based surveillance, big data analytics, machine learning, and space intelligence.
Over the past five years, she accumulated valuable experience working within international organisations, the most recent one being a trainee in the European Parliament.
Ugnė is fascinated by the transformative potential of emerging technologies and their capacity to reshape the world. Her personal fascination drives her aspirations to specialize in policy making and governance concerning state-of-the-art technologies.
